![]() Dream of falling into quicksand: This dream symbolizes feelings of being stuck in life, either literally or figuratively. The dream is also a warning that the person should be careful not to get bogged down in too many details or become overwhelmed by their situation. Dream of watching someone else being stuck in quicksand: This dream suggests that the person has been too passive in dealing with their problems and needs to take a more active approach. The rescuer in the dream is a symbol of courage and strength. Dream of being rescued from quicksand: This dream is a good omen and signifies that the person will be able to overcome their fears and anxieties. ![]() The quicksand is a symbol of the person’s fears and anxieties. ![]() Dream of being stuck in quicksand: This dream is a bad omen, and it means that the person is in danger of being pulled down and overwhelmed by their problems. Here are some common themes regarding quicksand dreams and how to best interpret them: Ultimately, it’s up to you to take the steps and free yourself from this feeling of being stuck. It could be fear or guilt that’s dragging you down and keeping you stuck instead of allowing you to move forward. On a lighter note, quicksand dreams can also mean that you’re trying to outrun something from your past or holding yourself back from taking action in the present. Quicksand can also represent an inner struggle, such as fear, anxiety, or insecurity that may be preventing you from moving on with your goals. This can be literal or figurative, but either way, it usually points to a feeling of helplessness or lack of forward motion. Our dataset will be made publicly available at this https URL.Without getting into too much context, the most common interpretation of quicksand dreams is that they symbolize being stuck in life. This research not only identifies multiple gaps in the capabilities of current models, but also highlights multiple potential directions for future development. ![]() This strongly suggests that current LLMs lack robust mathematical skills and deep reasoning abilities. The results show a significant performance drop across all the models against the perturbed questions. We conducted comprehensive evaluation of both closed-source and open-source LLMs on MORE. This process was guided by our ontology and involved a thorough automatic and manual filtering process, yielding a set of 216 maths problems. Using GPT-4, we generated the MORE dataset by perturbing randomly selected five seed questions from GSM8K. These controlled perturbations span across multiple fine dimensions of the structural and representational aspects of maths questions. In response, we develop (i) an ontology of perturbations of maths questions, (ii) a semi-automatic method of perturbation, and (iii) a dataset of perturbed maths questions to probe the limits of LLM capabilities in mathematical reasoning tasks. However, the true depth of their competencies and robustness, in mathematical reasoning tasks, remains an open question.
